This is Sienna Miller shooting a Valentino ad outside the Santa Maria basilica in Rome. I have no idea whether those are real Cardinals or actors who are part of the shoot. I do know that one of them is clearly checking out Sienna's ass. I also know that Sienna appears to be wearing a dress designed by a gay Mongolian. The only way this picture could be weirder would be if one of the Cardinals were naked and playing a kazoo with his butt.
