Kevin Federline filed papers in L.A. Superior Court today in a bid to get primary physical custody of his and Britney Spears' two sons. A source tells People magazine that Federline is worried Britney is exposing their boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to "unnecessary risk." This news comes amidst new reports of crazy Britney behavior, including an account by a 21-year-old college student of the wild night he recently spent with the pop star, which featured a drunken, topless Britney frolicking with him in a pool.
Honestly, I don't know why everyone keeps piling on Britney like this. She's just a plain country girl trying to make her way in the big bad world. When are all the haters gonna leave her alone?
