Tom Cruise is desperate to make people forget about his religious fanaticism and see him as a performer again...hence his decision to don a fat suit and appear in a comedic cameo in the new Ben Stiller movie Tropic Thunder. He wants to make us laugh at him - you know, so we'll know he's a sport. Apparently Tom went all the way with the deal by cursing up a storm - uncharacteristically for him. Is this to show everyone he's a regular guy and not a prude? I'll be interested to hear what he actually says. Does he say "shit" and "son of a bitch" a lot or does he drop "fucks" and "cunts" and "motherfuckers" and a few "motherfucking ass-raping dogfucker cunt-licks?" I think I'll go see it.
