It can be dangerous being a member of the paparazzi, especially when Lindsay Lohan is around and she's driving. Here's a poor photog who ended up face-down on the pavement after tangling with Lindsay's BMW:

Update: All right, here's the real scoop on Lindsay running over the photographer. At 3 in the morning on Tuesday Lindsay was leaving Club Butter in New York. That scene was captured on video. Apparently, Lindsay's BMW was chased for several blocks by paparazzi; Lindsay ran some red lights then turned the wrong way down a one-way and the whole crazy procession was pulled over by police. The cops were in the process of ticketing one of the photographers when Lindsay, having been allowed to leave, pulled forward and hit the photog pictured lying on the street above. Lindsay was reportedly captured on video saying, "I totally did that. I saw him." Lohan was then whisked away in her bodyguard's SUV, but apparently returned to the scene later. The photographer was taken to the hospital with a bruised knee.
As far as I know, the reaction shots above are from the actual running-over incident. Either way they're hysterical.
