TMZ, in their on-going effort to prove their relevance in the face of overwhelming odds, has been drawing upon what they're calling "inside sources" to paint a picture of Paris Hilton's life in jail. In today's edition of Paris's Prison Diaries (brilliant name, that), TMZ says that Paris has been "crying on the phone" since she got in, hasn't eaten and is unable to sleep because her cell is cold and she doesn't have a pillow. Also, the light inside the cell is too bright for Paris's sensitive eyes, and thanks to the jail-house noises echoing day and night, her ears are similarly afflicted.
Paris's stay is being made somewhat better by her fellow inmates, many of whom are actually being quite sweet to her. People have been coming up to her cell to say hi, and one even told her she "didn't deserve to be there." Another inmate reportedly made her an origami butterfly from a magazine page, and another gave her a drawing book (which will soon be filled with stick-figure sketches of Sarah Silverman being beheaded and eaten by cannibals). On another occasion, prisoners began chanting Paris's name as she walked by, and the heiress reportedly smiled and waved to them.
Overall, however, Paris is said to be quite miserable and afraid. Also, she must be experiencing incredible withdrawal symptoms - after all, she hasn't been photographed for a whole two days.
