Anne Hathaway's boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, who got nailed for bouncing a $200,000 check not long ago, may be in more trouble with the law.
The New York Post reports that Follieri's charitable enterprise, the cleverly-named Follieri Foundation, is under investigation by State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, possibly for failing to file tax-disclosure forms. Hathaway herself sat on the board of this group briefly, but her reps say she knows nothing about any wrongdoing that might have gone on. The group is reportedly cooperating with the investigation.
Somebody needs to sit darling Anne down and explain to her about the other fish in the sea. You know, the ones that don't bounce checks and try to play hide-and-seek with the IRS. Honestly Anne...you've a very beautiful young woman with a terrific movie career. Go fuck Owen Wilson. At least he's only a pill-popper and a cad. This Follieri guy is a straight-up sleazebag.
