Pete Wentz is being sued by a man who claims he was beaten up by the emo fairy and his band Fall Out Boy during a show in Chicago.
The victim, Andy Kallas, alleges that he was attacked in unprovoked fashion by Fall Out Boy and some of their security thugs during a concert at the Schuba's Tavern in Chi-Town. Witnesses however say the attack was not unprovoked, but that Kallas was actually heckling the band before they descended upon him in a flurry of waving fists, lashing hair and squealing, girlish shouts.
Actually, I'm guessing it was more like the security were whaling on the guy, and Pete and his other sissy bandmates were yelling and occasionally kicking at him. And then when it was over Pete went in and punched the semi-conscious man one last time in the gut.
Clearly, this Kallas dude doesn't care about his manhood one little bit. He wants the cash...and doesn't care if getting it means admitting to being beaten up by Fall Out Boy.
Even I'm not that much of a fag.
