Conan O'Brien changed things up by having legendary director Werner Herzog on. Conan went over the predictable stories like the time Herzog ate his shoe on a bet with Errol Morris over Morris finishing his documentary Gates of Heaven. He should've asked Herzog about the time he and Morris were going to dig up Ed Gein's mother to prove their theory that Gein was trying to tunnel into her grave from other graves. Herzog showed up at the cemetery in the middle of the night with a shovel and a gun but Morris chickened out.
