I'm not sure what to make of this pic of Courtney Love. Does her dressing like that mean she's on drugs or off drugs? I'm inclined to choose the latter. Yes it's a dumb-ass outfit, but it clearly took a lot of effort to put it together - love the feather - and I doubt a drugged-up Courtney could pay attention long enough to manage it. If this is the sort of stuff Courtney does when she's clean, well, maybe she's better off loaded.

So Wacky
