The Time-Traveler's Wife, from IMDb:
A romantic drama about a Chicago librarian (Eric Bana) with a gene that causes him to involuntarily time travel, and the complications it creates for his marriage.
Involuntarily time-traveling causes complications for your marriage. No shit. Like, you're having sex, and suddenly you go flying back to ancient times and all these oiled-up naked boys are all over you, and you're like "Okay, this is cool," and then suddenly you're back in your bed with your boring wife and it's like, "Damn it."
Yeah, this sounds pretty lame. But Eric Bana is in it. And that tedious Rachel McAdams too. Why couldn't it be The Time-Traveler's Husband with Jake Gyllenhaal as Eric's husband? That would be good, plus think of how daringly controversial it would be. Shit, Oprah would do a whole two day special on that fucker. Free publicity man. Hollywood needs to get creative. And a lot gayer.
