Sam was apparently exasperated at Lindsay's endless whining about her staff, and Lindsay was firing back with lines like, "I do what's good for you, not what's best for both of us," which evidently means that Ronson wants to keep things on the down-low while Lindsay still prefers living life in the spotlight.
