Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and their multi-ethnic brood took a break from rebuilding New Orleans this week to chill with Brad's family in Springfield, Missouri. The whole Pitt clan plus Angie plus the kiddies (I guess Shiloh too, though there's no photographic proof) reportedly hit a local pizza joint for dinner, and were utterly ignored by the other patrons who apparently regard Pitt and the gang as just regular folks and not big superstars.
Hold on a second...you mean there are places on earth where Angie isn't worshipped? I think I may pass out.
Okay, to be serious for a second...I'm sure it's a relief for Brad and Angie to know there's someplace they can go and just be treated normal. It's probably nice every now and then. But you know as well as I do that Angie would snap if she had to put up with that all the time. After about four days of being a regular anonymous schlub, her instinct for attention-grabbing would kick in, and then I don't know...she'd probably have to have James Haven flown in so she could make out with him on the sidewalk. Anything to remind people how extraordinarily interesting she thinks she is.
