A new study has discovered a direct correlation between spanking and IQ. The more you spank your kid, the study says, the dumber they will end up being.Scientists arrived at this conclusion by studying kids in two age groups, testing their IQs then revisiting them several years later. Those who had been spanked by their parents had lower IQs on the back end by an average of 5 points.
The scientists claim their study took into account social background and other factors that might have skewed the statistics
