Michael Lohan is renewing his efforts to wrest custody of his minor children, including budding reality star Ali, away from ex-wife Dina.
In new court filings, Michael alleges that Dina failed 15 of 29 times to bring the children, Ali and Cody, to court-ordered therapy sessions. He says Dina showed up late and clearly inebriated on one occasion, and on another was exhausted and hung-over from a night of binge drinking.
Michael also goes after Dina's handling of Ali and her young career. "When it comes to our daughters, [Dina] has always viewed herself as a manager first, friend second, and mother third," Michael asserts. "Our younger daughter, Ali ... has been cast in a movie and is recording an album. Dina, quite simply, views Ali as a bankable commodity.
"Dina is a wanna-be living off Lindsay's fame. I gave her everything so I could see my kids."
Dina, the dumb twat, just keeps giving Michael more ammo. Like when she showed Ali pornography on their reality show. And when the fire department had to be called when she left Ali and Cody home alone at their Long Island place. I'd bust a gut if Michael actually got custody and fucked up all Dina's plans to turn Ali into the new Miley Cyrus. Of course, Michael would just turn around and exploit Ali too...but that's beside the point. Right now, I hate Dina slightly more than I hate Michael, so I want Michael to win.
