The Beckhams' eagerly-anticipated (snicker) NBC reality show is no longer going to happen, reports Britain's Daily Mirror. And the reason? NBC producers wanted Poshy to spend two weeks filming in L.A. at the same time David was playing soccer - and Poshy refused to leave her husband's side.
Yes, Poshy killed her own US reality show because she preferred being in the stands while David kicked his little soccer ball around. Is that sweet or just a little goofy? Or maybe plain self-destructive. At any rate, a source for the Daily Mirror says NBC is disappointed at Poshy's decision, proclaiming:
The series was going to be a highlight of the channel's autumn season and now that's all up in the air.
A highlight of the autumn season? Yes, I know NBC is down lately, but are they really that desperate? Counting on Poshy and David to help resurrect their network? They do realize that these people are both dull as dishwater, and that no one actually gives a fuck about them, right?
