Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy appear at the premiere of Carrey's movie Number 23. According to IMDb, Number 23 is about "a man (Carrey) [who] becomes obsessed with a book that appears to be based on his life but ends with a murder that has yet to happen in real life." So it's one of those oh-so-clever high-concept things like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (which made me wish I could erase my memories - of the movie). Jim Carrey seems to enjoy making these kinds of films. I guess he thinks they're real deep or something. Unfortunately, the audience doesn't find them quite so interesting. This one will probably be another flop (although, after Norbit cleaned up, it seems like all bets are off). Anyway, Carrey gives me the creeps. He looks like he's slowly turning into an ugly Hugh Jackman. And Jenny McCarthy - I'm sorry, but I must've missed whatever she did to become famous. I guess if you're blonde and are willing to show your tits, you automatically qualify as someone everyone is supposed to pay attention to. I prefer my blonde bimbos old, drunk and pissed - like Sharon Stone.
