Lindsay Lohan is in no hurry to be rehabilitated.
According to the National Enquirer, the oft-drunken starlet is treating the Promises facility, where she's been hiding out since her DUI arrest, as more of a vacation retreat than a place where she's supposed to be sobering up. Friends of Lindsay report she's using the month away from things to plan her 21st Birthday party at Pure in Las Vegas - and it's not going to be a dry affair. Also, Lindsay has reportedly asked her pals to smuggle in some sleeping pills to help her with her insomnia, but so far none of her buddies have complied.
It's obvious that Lindsay is not interested in getting with the program at Promises. According to the Enquirer, Lindsay has refused to participate in group therapy, and has demanded to be quartered in a private room. My question is: Why do they give in to her? Is Promises really a rehab facility or just a retreat for rich people that's being passed off as a rehab? It doesn't seem that anyone is taking Lindsay's attempt at sobriety seriously - not Lindsay, not the rehab. The only thing that's ever going to dry this bitch out is jail - and that's real jail, not the Paris version.
