Making judges mad is the newest celebrity craze. First it was Paris Hilton making judge Sauer go all ballistic, and now it's Dina Lohan pulling the brilliant move of infuriating the judge in her own on-going battle with ex-husband Michael over visitation rights to their kids.
Dina, reports TMZ, was scheduled to show up in judge Stacy Bennett's courtroom yesterday, but decided not to appear. In a state of visible irritation, the judge asked Dina's lawyer where the hell his client was. And the lawyer's answer? Dina was too busy getting ready to visit Lindsay in rehab to show up for the hearing. An unamused judge Bennett made it clear to Dina's lawyer that Dina had better appear at the next hearing, or there would be hell to pay.
Michael, meanwhile, continued making emotional appeals, saying:
[Our kids should] have both parents in their lives. I just hope people will realize my children are not bargaining chips or a commodity -- they're human beings.
Really? Are you sure they're human beings, Michael? Cause they were created from you having sex with Dina. I don't know - I want some kind of DNA test.
