That's because, according to sources that may or may not be credible, Paris's grandfather Barron Hilton has decided to release to his precious little angel her full $120,000,000 inheritance. All in one lump sum. Reportedly, Barron had been withholding the money pending evidence that Paris was mature enough to handle it. Now, apparently, Paris has proven herself worthy, and Barron has given her the dough.
