Lindsay Lohan has no immediate plans to leave Cirque Lodge rehab, but when she does finally step back out into the world, her first move may be away from Hollywood and straight into college. A friend of Lindsay's told Fox News.com:
Despite what so many people think, Lindsay is an incredibly smart girl and always wanted to have that college experience. She’s looked into a few institutions on the east coast and will most likely major in something like psychology. At this stage, NYU is a hot favorite.
So Lindsay Lohan the known drunk, druggie and sex-addict wants to go to college. Nope - she won't encounter any temptations there. And even if she did, we know Lindsay has the strength to resist. She's not the old Lindsay anymore - she's the new Lindsay, who's all about improving herself. I'd venture to guess that, after a couple years of studying, she won't even care to get back into acting - she'll probably end up going for a law degree, or maybe she'll become a doctor. The one thing I know for sure is that her days of wild behavior are over. Rehab sobered her up, and college will be the perfect way to keep her on the straight-and-narrow.
