You pretty much have to kill someone to get your license taken away in this country. That's fine. I'm sure Paris will eventually run someone over and kill them. And then will the irresponsible twit finally have her driving privileges ripped? And to drive is a privilege - not a right. Or at least that's how it should be viewed. You fuck up and you forfeit that privilege. Simple as that.
Is she trying to clown? Does she have a headache? Did she just run over some homeless guy's leg? Does she spend her entire life giggling at the fact that she just keeps getting over and always will?
