Britney Spears may be running out of money. According to the British tab Daily Star, Britney has blown roughly $22 million dollars in the last two years, taking a large chunk out of her reported $35 million fortune. But the real problem for Britney isn't the money she's spent, it's the money she's not earning. The rehabbing singer hasn't released an album in four years, and formerly popular tie-in merchandise like her line of perfume no longer sells. It's hard to live the lifestyle of a mega-rich pop-star when you're not earning like one.
Ah, but Britney will be okay. As long as some music producer is willing to record her thin little voice and electronically enhance it to sound vaguely like music - well, then Britney will always have a career. And she can certainly hit the gym again, and get herself back into some kind of shape and make naughty videos full of stripper-moves that fifteen-year-olds then show their boyfriends, getting them all hot-and-bothered and contributing to the teenage pregnancy problem. And if not, so what? There's always porn. And joining an escort service. As long as Britney has a vagina, she will always have options.
