Sean Combs has been officially sued by Gerard Rechnitzer, the man he allegedly attacked at a post-Oscar party. The suit claims Rechnitzer was at Teddy's nightclub when he discovered his girlfriend being spoken to by Combs, who was accompanied by several bodyguards. Rechnitzer alleges that Combs, upon noticing him, said, "What the fuck you looking at dude?" and then yelled, "I'll smack flames out of your ass!" At this point, says the suit, Combs punched Rechnitzer in the jaw, knocking him backward. Rechnitzer then claims that Combs shoved his girlfriend and attempted to spit on another female member of his group. The LAPD continues to investigate the matter. Predictably, Combs's reps have no comment.
"I'll smack flames out of your ass." Sounds like Diddy found the title for his new album. If there's any justice in the world, he'll have to wait until he gets out of jail before he records it though.
