Britney Spears isn't making many friends in Promises rehab center - in fact everyone there hates her. Here's what a source told Star magazine:
Britney has a seriously bad attitude problem. ... She's been very demanding, acts like a 12-year-old and throws temper tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants. ... She refuses to pick up after herself and even asked if she could hire a maid! ... She's asking for this and that, special food, special everything and she's not that nice to anyone. ... She keeps saying she is just sick from postpartum depression and that she does not have any real addiction problem, which is a joke. She has an addiction.
Well, I can't say that report is very surprising. Britney's been pampered and coddled her whole life so, obviously, she's going to expect that treatment everywhere. The interesting thing is what the source said about the postpartum depression - that it's basically a crock. What I think happened is that somebody mentioned the depression thing to Britney and her addled little brain seized on it as a convenient excuse for herself. I mean, has Britney been to see a psychiatrist? Has anyone diagnosed her with PPD and given her drugs for it? Because Brooke Shields says she has it, that means she has it? Brooke Shields is a freaking psychiatrist now? Give me a break - Britney wants it to be PPD, because then she becomes the poor little victim. Here's the fact that should've dawned on everyone by now - Britney is simply an immature little twit who doesn't know how to handle life without someone holding her hand. That's all that's wrong with her. Not depression or bulimia or anything else. It's just good old every day childishness. When she had a semi-adult like Federline around, she was fine, but then her handlers told her he was bad for her career and she got rid of him, and now she's flailing around looking for someone else to support her. That's why she went for that Cohen character, and that's why she's so high on this Filyaw dude. She needs to be taken care of. Pure and simple.
