We all knew Mischa Barton was probably tickled pink when her old show The O.C. was cancelled. I mean, why wouldn't she be? They killed off her character, making her bitter (and forcing her into complete denial, since she began insisting that she actually wanted off the show voluntarily to "pursue other opportunities"). There would be nothing wrong at all with Mischa gloating over the demise of the show that made her famous - and that's exactly what Mischa is doing. In an interview on Fox News, Mischa, when asked if she was surprised the show was cancelled, replied, "No. They killed me off." Translation: Without me there's no show, so of course, it ended up getting cancelled. Mischa was then asked if she thought her character was one of the main reasons people watched the show. Her reply: "That's what I think they discovered."
I like Mischa a lot better after this. She's got some spunk. But I still like her crazy little sister Hania best:
