Oh, and she's going with her I'm All Cleaned Up look. Sure Tara. Actually, I do have to give Tara credit for a couple of things. One, she went with the furry hat instead of the knit. Two, she's actually standing upright on the sidewalk. Three, there appears to be someone taking her picture from back there behind the barrier. Which means she at least has one fan. Of course, it's possible that Tara's "fan" actually thinks she's Christina Aguilera. An honest mistake.
