Is Anna Nicole Smith forgetful or broke? Either way, the scrambled-egg-brain is beginning to raise the ire of people she owes money to. Like, for instance, the medical examiner she hired to perform a second autopsy on her dead son back in September.
Pathologist Cyril Wecht, famed for having performed a post-mortem on Elvis, says he submitted invoices to Smith shortly after performing the autopsy, but has yet to see a dime. Wecht does say that he doesn't intend pressing charges, and expects the matter to be "resolved in short order."
When asked to comment, Anna Nicole raised her head, grunted and then slipped back into the semi-comatose state referred to by her friends as, "Anna being energetic."
