Update: Paris arrives in court 18 minutes late. Throw the fucking bitch in the slammer for a year judge!
More details: Construction workers across the street from the L.A. courthouse where Paris Hilton is about to face a judge yelled "Jail time!" to TV crews stationed outside.
Other people who had business with the court became irritated because of special measures that were taken ahead of Hilton's arrival, including closing down an entrance.
